Description

Inspired by ancient art, I love creating using simple shapes and vibrant colors.
I paint mainly with Posca acrylic markers, which allow me greater freedom than brushes or more conventional tools.
I enjoy setting myself constraints to stimulate creativity and approach creation as a game or a puzzle.

Fascinated by mythology, alchemy, and the symbolism of things, I weave these themes into my practice, emphasizing the spiritual dimension of creation — both deeply personal and sometimes universal.
Recently, my work has focused on visibility: being visibly queer in public space through works depicting birds in the colors of transgender and non-binary flags.

Through my art, I hope to share this drive for visibility and pride, to inspire and empower my community, while raising awareness among the general public that we exist — with strength, defiance, and pride, despite an increasingly oppressive political climate.

Biography

I am a 29-year-old Belgian transfeminine artist.
I began creating more regularly and seriously after completing a training in art therapy, which helped me better understand myself and the use of art in psychological support.

Over time, I have oriented part of my practice towards my community, seeking to offer both visibility and support around identity and gender issues.
I am currently developing an art-therapeutic practice aimed at exploring, developing, and strengthening one’s sense of identity through artistic creation.
