Blended Earth
In this work, I chose to use blended clay to bring a unique piece to life.
Clay, a noble and natural material, carries within it the history of the earth itself — its textures, its colors, its imperfections.
By mixing it, I sought to explore the richness of contrasts, the fusion of elements, and the harmony that can arise from their union.
Blended earth also symbolizes unity, diversity, and strength found in simplicity.
Each piece tells a story — one of matter, gesture, and emotion.
This work invites us to feel the raw, sincere beauty of clay, to embrace imperfection, and to appreciate the simplicity born from the meeting of elements.

Biography
A former student of the École des Arts d’Ixelles, ceramics section, Loan Vu presents her work as part of We Art XL 2025.
At the crossroads between ceramics, sculpture, and installation, each artist of the collective develops a unique and deeply personal universe.
Through the diversity of materials, techniques, and production processes, they seek to enrich the visual and tactile perception of their works, as well as their relationship to space and light.
